Every year UCPB conducts funfest showcasing the talents of its associates. This year, was no exception. Each cluster (Batangas, Mindoro-Laguna, Bicol, Lucena and CSU/CFBC) prepared well for their parts called Branch/Department Introduction. Kodus to the organizers let by Mam Megan. It was a non-stop, yes indeed! a non-stop presentations of Officers (BOOs, SOs, BMs and mind you Region Office led by RH Jocelyn Gomez) and staff. A beauty to behold! An experience like no other. Then came the featured presentations of each clusters...
A month before:
Josh, Raine and I of Batangas City Branch were instructed by BM Rene to attend the practices to be held in Bigben Branch every Saturday. Personally, I don't want to be with the team anymore having been a part of each presentations year in year out except when I was in Audit Department and in 2013 when I suffered a heart attack and subjected to angioplasty. I also felt steepness after undergoing angioplasty. It is more of a challenge so I obliged. Just like other years, it was difficult to organize such. I don't want to be in the foot of our team leader BM Nancy. We were not able to conceptualized?! Aside from challenges on the participants schedule, there seems to be a problem on leadership as each participant has its own ideas. Until finally, we hired a professional dancer only then we were able to patched things.
All performed well above par specially Josh who even made a research of Psy steps on Gangnam. But the result was horrible and unacceptable! It was a judgement that is forgettable, stupid and out of this world. A judgement without disregard to the efforts given by the Clusters by UCPB in general. There were so many highlights in the performance! If you did not award the Gold Medal on this, you are watching an episode of Banana Split's Hugot Lines.
